Located in the Borough of The Bronx, GBI excavated and removed over 6,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil and replaced it with clean imported beach sand in order to reconstruct Pugsley Creek Tidal Salt Marsh. The new habitat was completed with clean imported topsoil and native plantings surrounding a granite screenings nature trail leading along the shoreline.
