Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation – Far Rockaway, NY (2006)

This nursing center in Far Rockaway required an alteration and fit-out of an existing space of 4,000 square feet.  GBI was contracted to complete the facility with the construction of therapy rooms, offices, a reception area, restrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and utilities spaces.  GBI installed all new HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing and nurses care systems.  The facility required a new roof, windows, exterior finish and parking lot.  GBI also provided storm drainage and complete landscaping.
