LIRR Employee Facility – Garden City, NY

GBI was contracted to construct a 9,000 square foot maintenance facility from the ground-up in Garden City, Long Island.  As General Contractor, GBI managed all aspects of the project for the pre-engineered 1.5 story structure.  They excavated the site and constructed a concrete foundation, floor slab and steel building.  GBI installed siding, windows, a roof, interior walls and ceiling.  The company also set up plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.  GBI completed the project by providing site storm water drainage, asphalt paving and site lighting.
