Thomaston Department of Public Works Garage – Great Neck, NY (2006)

This project involved the construction of a 4,000 square foot pre-engineered building.  GBI began by excavating the site and providing site retainage.  The construction of the building consisted of pouring the foundation, laying the structural slab, erecting the structure and installing automatic overhead doors.  GBI also provided storm water drainage and landscaping.
