What we collect

When you use the Contact or Careers form we receive what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, message and, for job applications, the resume or file you attach. Our hosting and security systems also keep basic technical records such as your IP address and browser type. We use this only to answer you, to consider your application, and to keep the site secure.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Staff who sign in to the site’s editing area get a sign-in cookie that is needed for that area to work. Videos from YouTube load only when you press play, and the map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps; those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors across websites or sell or share personal information for advertising, we treat browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals as honored: there is nothing for them to switch off.

Who receives your information

We do not sell or rent your information. Providers that handle it for us: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers form messages to our office by email), Cloudflare (an invisible spam check on the forms) and Neon (the database behind the site’s content and staff sign-ins). Staff sign in with Microsoft. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form messages and applications are kept only as long as needed to respond or to consider you for a position, and for any period the law requires.

Children

This website is for businesses and job seekers and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
